Μια μεγάλη ραδιοφωνική παρέα σχηματίστηκε την Άνοιξη του 2008 στην Θεσσαλονίκη με περίσσια αγάπη για μουσική που εξιτάρει και διεγείρει τις αισθήσεις, μουσική που μας κάνει να αισθανόμαστε περισσότερο άνθρωποι παρά προϊόντα. Το διαδίκτυο, το σημαντικότερο μέσο επικοινωνίας, μας προσέφερε την δυνατότητα να δημιουργήσουμε ένα ανεξάρτητο εναλλακτικό radio που στοχεύει στην προώθηση της σύγχρονης αστικής μουσικής κουλτούρας μέσω μιας διαδραστικής σχέσης με τον ακροατή.
Στον Paranoise Radio πλέον συμμετέχουν περίπου 30 άτομα με εκπομπές που έχουν βάση κυρίως την Θεσσαλονίκη και την Αθήνα, ενώ ακόμη παραγωγοί του σταθμού εκπέμπουν και από άλλες πόλεις, όπως Λονδίνο, Βερολίνο, Ξάνθη, Κομοτηνή. Αυτή η μείξη ανθρώπων με τις συνυπάρχουσες ποικίλες κουλτούρες που αλληλεπιδρούν μεταξύ τους διευρύνουν το μουσικό φάσμα στο οποίο κινούμαστε, χωρίς όμως ο σταθμός να χάνει την ταυτότητά του. Οι διαφορετικής κατεύθυνσης νέες τάσεις στην μουσική είναι προσεκτικά συνδυασμένες ώστε ο Paranoise να διατηρεί πάντα τον δικό του χαρακτηριστικό ήχο.
It was not untill the spring of 2008 when a large radio crew was formed in Thessaloniki giving birth to Paranoise Radio. Every single member of Paranoise is characterized by unquenchable thirst and passion for music! More or less we all support the view that music should make everyone feel like human rather than product. Using Internet, the most significant means of communication, gave us the opportunity to create an independent, alternative radio, whose aim is to promote contemporary urban music culture through communicating with our listeners.
Paranoise Radio is made up of more than 30 people at the moment, mainly broadcasting from Thessaloniki and Athens, as well as from other cities such as London, Berlin, Χanthi, Komotini. The combination of all these various personalities has given us the chance to widen the range of music that we choose to play, without however causing the radio to lose its identity. In other words, all the different genres of music that are broadcasted on Paranoise Radio are so carefully combined that the radio will always maintain its own distinctive sound! enjoy the radio ;-)
